For four consecutive weeks, the UAE’s premier mall is collaborating with top-tier fitness studios to offer dynamic fitness classes designed to boost your well-being. Whether you’re a yoga enthusiast, a cycling fan, or just starting your fitness journey, there’s something for everyone!

Event Dates & Details:

  • October 30:
    • Boost – Two sessions of strength and balance-focused reformer Pilates 7:00 and 8:00 am in front of THAT Concept Store.
    • Reebok Walk– A dynamic group walking session with Reebok 6:00 am in front of THAT Concept Store.
  • November 6: Reebok Walk– A dynamic group walking session with Reebok 6:00 am in front of THAT Concept Store.
  • November 13:
  • Shimis – Two mindful and rejuvenating yoga sessions, 7:00 and 8:00 am in front of THAT Concept Store.
  • Reebok Walk– A dynamic group walking session with Reebok 6:00 am in front of THAT Concept Store.
  • Gymshark x 1 rebel mall run 6:00 am starting outside of Zara.
  • November 20:
    • Camp – A cycling workout, at 7:00 am on the 3rd floor above Armani and Said Dal.
    • TBD Fitness – A powerful boxing class, combining cardio and strength at 7:30 am in front of THAT Concept Store.
  • Reebok Walk– A dynamic group walking session with Reebok 6:00 am in front of THAT Concept Store.
