The UAE’s leading inspirational homeware brand, DWELL, has gone digital with the launch of its new mobile app in the UAE. The app will be available for download on Apple and Android devices via the App Store and Play Store, respectively.
The launch of the DWELL app alongside the brand’s physical presence in the GCC is a natural evolution of the brand’s offering, providing customers with a seamless shopping experience and allowing access to DWELL’s carefully curated decor collections anywhere, at any time, whilst on the go.
The app follows in-store pricing and offers, and orders placed are usually delivered within 2-3 business days, with free delivery offered on all orders above DHS 499 and a delivery fee of DHS 15 on all orders below DHS 500. Additionally, the app provides a number of payment methods available, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and NAPS, as well as cash on delivery. There’s also the option to pay within 14 days or split the payment into four payments with no additional fees with Tabby.
Another service to benefit from is a free 30-day return policy, from the time an order is delivered or collected, with full refunds on eligible items being credited back to the customer’s account. Refunded credit can then be redeemed through the online wallet or at any DWELL stores for online purchases.
Since its launch in 2003, DWELL has bolstered its success by offering a personalised shopping experience, putting customer service and product knowledge at the forefront. Curated product ranges, exclusive products, a showcase of many European labels and specific Middle East sizing have further added to the success of DWELL across the GCC. The brand has continued its expansion in the region with 13 stores located in the UAE, three others in Qatar, one in Bahrain and one in Oman.
