Tis’ the season to be jolly, merry and bright at BurJuman Mall. The Mall officially kick-started its festive season with the Tree-lighting ceremony on 7 December, 2022 in the presence of dignitaries including Philippine Consul General in Dubai, Renato N. Dueñas, Christmas performances, choir singing, and so much more.
Christmas at BurJuman is a memorable affair this year as the mall partners with the Philippine Business Council – Dubai & Northern Emirates (PBC-DNE)to present a truly magical and lit celebration.
Running until 15 January 2023, explore the Mall decked in red, green and all colours of fun. We’ve got the Christmas Centrale on Level 3, Pavilion Gardens, from 12 to 10 pm, which offers festive shopping and gifting options, delicious bites and drinks. The market is hosted by members of the community and PBC-DNE, providing a space for small businesses to shine.
The area also presents the 8.5 metre tall Christmas Tree with a Santa’s Grotto, where you could take pictures with your favourite Christmas person- Santa Claus between 16 to 25 Dec from 5 to 10 pm.
Follow the elves to Level 1, where there is a complimentary gift wrapping station near Matalan that offers complimentary service for Christmas gifts shopped at BurJuman Mall. So make sure to get your gifts wrapped every weekend (Sat -Sun) from 6 to 10 pm until 15 Jan 2023.
The elves will now lead you to Santa’s factory, where every day from 12 to 10 pm, Santa’s little helpers along with kids will enjoy snowfall, festive arts & crafts and more for free.
Here you will also see the Advent calendar with 25 Christmas Hampers provided by your favourite brands In BurJuman. To win a gift for yourself or a friend, shop for AED 200 at the Mall until 31 December, enter a digital raffle and stand a chance to win Advent prizes (T&Cs Apply).
You would think Santa’s elves are exhausted, but no, they have more fun in store for you. 17 Dec, join us for the Mall’s Trashion Show, where budding fashion designers from within the community will put on a special sustainable fashion show to a jury of notable judges, including celebrity designer extraordinaire, Ezra, Philippines’ Top Model Bessie Badilla and more.
Then treat your ears to some beautiful Christmas carols at the Carolympics on 23 December from 7 pm to 9 pm, where choirs from around our community will compete to win prizes.
Then comes BurJuman Mall’s Rising Stars: X-mas edition on 7 January 2023, where the community gets the stage and spotlight to shine.
