Modesh and Dana, Dubai’s much-loved characters were spotted at Al-Futtaim IKEA, Festival Plaza – Jebel Ali getting inspiration for a make-over of their home in the mangroves.
Making the most of Dubai Home Festival taking place from 30 September to 13 October, the best friends were seen testing the softness of the sofas, relaxing on the sun loungers and checking out the kitchens of the iconic home furnishing store.
On their journey through the rooms and products, they also found time to play with the toys and make some new cuddly friends in the baby and children’s section, write down their wish list at the workstations and Modesh even had a chance to check if his spiky hair was still looking good in the mirrors.
Modesh and Dana are family favourites of Dubai’s residents and visitors, attending major events and shopping festivals across the city and providing entertainment for all.
