Oakley Factory Team, the creative laboratory for conceptual design and experimentation led by Brain Dead, is back with a new drop featuring new colorways of the iconic Edge Boot, Flesh Sandal, and a brand-new silhouette, the Ibex, coming in two colorways.
The latest result of Oakley Factory Team’s continuous exploration and research, the Ibex, releases for the first time in two different colorways. Design-wise, a nylon lacing system connects a flow-molded exoskeleton that frames the upper section of the shoe, creating a texture of layers that inform the signature aesthetics of this model.
A new silhouette entirely conceptualized and designed by Oakley Factory Team, the Ibex embraces the brand’s signature organic design language, offering a glimpse into the future of outdoor footwear. Equipped with Oakley’s “O-Grip” outsole, the shoe ensures superior traction, while the Ortholite insole, coupled with a sculpted midsole, adds stability and comfort, delivering innovative support for any adventure. Designed to stay grounded while elevating aesthetic, the new footwear comes in two distinct colors: Camelia Glazed, a bold, flame-scarlet hue inspired by wildflowers, and Eclipse, a dark, dreamy tone mirroring that of the lunar eclipse.
A deep-black suede upper combined with a dark-green outsole come together on the Flesh Sandal, while a graphite-blue hairy suede panel matches with a grey rubber outsole for the Edge Boot. For both models, soft, rich, dark hues define a Fall/Winter palette that ties this release together.
